The Dead Comics Ant Brigade
(I don't even know the reference any more)
Your source for comics that've stopped updating, died, or otherwise just kinda ended. Your call. Don't ask about the name.
- Isometric, a rather angst-riddled, insane comic featuring cubes. (Hasn't updated much recently and seems to be switching domain names every month or so)
- It's Gravy! Where else can you get homcidal maniacs, high school vampires, giant goats, and Noit all at once? (Wogoat is making things, he may be back eventually)
Sometimes Science Sucks, a comic that deals with science, pseudoscience, and science that's just there for the sake of science. (Nick's been more than a bit busy with his other work, S.U.I.T.S., which is rather nifty)
Breakfast at Timpani's, the weekly superhero parody comic that teaches you that breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. (Liquid Cross ended the strip)
Squaresville, which proves that you should ALWAYS check your roommates before you move in. (Kenny has put the strip on indefinite hiatus)
Dog Complex, where a radio talk show host, a talking dog, and Lionel Ritchie COLLIDE. (Dave got a new job and had to put Dog Complex on indefinite hiatus)
Floyd the Paramecium Cartoons. Floyd is a comic mascot that rivals the Nasal Fly. (Turnip's on break for a bit)
The Longest And Most Pointless Adventure In The History Of Long And Pointless Adventures. The name says it all. (Monkey seems to be a bit on the non-updatey side right now, and the natives are getting restless)
Adam's Road Gang, proving once and for all that a Boba Fett-like bounty hunter, a minotaur, a goth chick, a catgirl, and a creature with eyes sticking out of the top of his head can live together in perfect harmony. (Jaster's busy with a bunch of stuff right now, but ARG should return)
River City High, the comic that makes you wanna say BARF!! (Hasn't updated in a considerable amount of time, most likely waiting on an animation to be completed)
Checkerboard Nightmare, a comic strip about a comic strip character. An adventure in unkept promises. (Kris ended the strip)
Ashfield Online, where Professor Ashfield teaches you everything you need to know. (As soon as I put it back in the DMR, it stopped updating again. I should weaponize that)
Snail Dust. Doesn't every girl want a two foot sentient dust snail for a pet? (Napoleon's declared it dead)
Stuff of Legends, because heroes need to retire, too, just not always when they want to. (The comic's on indefinite hiatus)
Mayberry Melonpool, where a clone, a telepathic dog, a 220lb hamster, a Star Trek-obsessed captain, at least three versions of a maniacal inventor, and a duck collide. (Troop... I don't know WHAT Troop's doing, really)
Geek Salad. Never turn your back on your coffeemakers. (still on idle)
- Doctor Fun, proudly was the longest-running webcomic out there! (until its end in 2006; 'twas a good run, Doc, a good run indeed)
No 4th Wall To Break, where a lit match, a specter, and other oddballs show you minimalism at its finest. (on indefinite hiatus)
Lost & Found Investigations. Modern-day detective comedy. (seems to be quite muchly idle)
girl/robot, heartwarming tales of a girl and her robot. (Petie's been quite a bit busy recently)
Boxjam's Doodle. If you don't understand Boxjam, you don't understand what webcomiccing is about. Really. Jerkface. (BoxJam! Speak to us, man! We all miss ya!)
Fight Cast or Evade, another medieval comic, this one featuring numerous dysfunctional creatures trying to make a living as adventurers. (Matt's said he's pulled the plug on it)
Triangle & Robert. Geometry lessons were never this wacky. (Noser brought the saga to a close)
Catharsis. A girl, a happy-go-lucky dragon, and a mean-spirited squirrel. (Just plain and simply hasn't updated in quite some time)
