Lineta Hall, of course, was covered entirely in the last chapter. This is another researcher in addition to the one whose journal Lucien was reading. As was mentioned last chapter, Lineta Hall was known for having developed many interesting inventions, quite a few of which have been lost to time, many of which still have not been equaled by technology known to date. They may very well have had ways to quickly put photographic images to paper.
